本公司系国内合资专营电泳涂装的企业，于2000年3月底正式投产营业。公司采集了国内、外先进电泳涂装经验，自动化流水线。产品品质符合日本"VIA"涂装测试标准。

    电着涂装是一种油漆的工艺电镀，它将分散于水中的涂料，利用通电的方式使涂料附着到工件表面，从而达到高水平涂装的目的。生产过程分前处理（除锈、脱脂）、皮膜化成、电着涂装、烤炉烘干四个步骤。电泳涂装产品有以下特点：

       1． 表面平滑光亮，色泽美观；

       2． 涂膜均匀细密，附着力强，防锈抗蚀性能好；

       3． 素材内外表面均可电泳，克服喷涂式之缺点；

       4． 抗冲击，延展性好，耐高温。

    电泳涂装加工范围广，钢材、铝材、锌合金等均可电泳。广泛用于自行车、摩托车、汽车零件、电子配件、装璜五金、家具、灯具、工具等各种五金零件的表面电泳涂装。现已成为上海大众配套厂、通用汽车零件厂、捷安特自行车等公司的配套协力厂商。

       Our factory, which formally put into production in the bottom of March 2000, is a domestic joint venture enterprise and specially deals in electrophoresis. The company collects the domestic & abroad advanced experiences of electrophoresis painting dressing and automatic productive lines. The qualities of the products are according with Japanese VIA painting dressing test standard. Electrical-wear painting dressing is a kind of painted technical galvanization. Though the means of electrifying, it makes the dopes disperses into the water attaché on the surface of the work pieces, which can get the aim of high-level painting dress.
